We do not track the domain adresses people use to visit the website and analyses this data for trends and statistics, but personal details will remain anonymous.

We store all the information recieved from the the website.

We respect the user's right to upload or edit their respective advert with us. This can be done at any time using functionality and unique identification code supplied by the website.

We reserve the right to notify you with relevant information if services offered by the website are used. It is the user's own responsibility to make sure that all information supplied is valid and correct and also to make sure that the advert is removed if motorcycle / quad is sold before expiry date on the website.

We hereby grant you royalty free non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service at the website World of 2 Wheels.

No Refund Policy:

Please note that NO refunds can or will be issued after payment has been made.

Advertisement:

Users have the option of placing an advert for the period of four (4) weeks (30 days) or for the the period of two (2) weeks (14 days) from the date of first publication which will only be effective when payment is recieved in full. It is to the user's own discresion if a acceptable photo is uploaded and World of 2 Wheels reserves the right to remove or edit any information supplied on the web site. The rates on the web site are all inclusive of v.a.t and are subject to change without notice. User's can place as many adverts at one given time as they please. User's pay per photo per advert. Please note that NO refunds can or will be issued after payment has been made.

Processing your advert:

Only one (1) motorcycle / quad may be featured in each advert. The advert supplied by the user must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. In the event that we are unable to accept your advert for any reason, we will attempt to inform the user if at all possible. If we reject your advert because of policy terms no refund will be given. We are not responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by World of 2 Wheels caused by an untrue statement or inacurate photograph supplied by the user.

Payment & Security:

Credit card payments will be prosssed by a dedicated commerence provider, who will take payment via a secure server connection to ensure the safety of your payment. If the user wishes to use the credit card payment option the transaction will process within a few minutes and your advert will go live. If the user wishes to make a direct deposit option into a given bank account the transaction will take up to 48 hours (2 days) to be processed and only when full payment is recieved and confirmed then the advert will go live.
It is the user's own responsibilty to safegaurd their passwords. The user acknowledges the risk, when using the internet, as information and/or data may be accessed by third parties.
Please note that NO refunds can or will be issued after payment has been made.

Cancellation of advert:

Cancellations made after the advert is live on the website will not be eligible for a refund. Advertisments can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to cancel@wo2w.co.za and quoting the unique reference number or at any given time can the user remove it by using the service on the website and the number. If your advert was rejected we will send you a e-mail explaining why and who to contact. Please note that NO refunds can or will be issued after payment has been made.

Copyright:

Under no surcamstances will users and/or anyone using the website be allowed to copy any material, logo's, photo's or adverts including text from this website.

Liability:

We will not be held liable for defective services where the defect was caused by you. We do not provoide any guarantee or warranty in respect of the results of the service and/or the availability and/or uninterrupted use of the service. We will will not be held liable for any elactrical, mechanical, communication lines, internet access or internet service provider problems of any sort whatsoever.

We shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• acts and/or omisions of any other advertiser and/or publisher
  
• consequential losses
  
• loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill
  
• economic or similar losses
